DirtRacer does not organise, supervise, insure, or run events. We are not responsible for event setup, course marking, trail access, permits, safety briefings, or any decisions made by organisers or riders.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DirtRacer accepts no responsibility and no liability for any injury, loss, damage, incident, dispute, fine, penalty, or other consequence arising from your participation in an event, your use of trails, your connection to Strava, or your reliance on provisional results shown on this platform.

You participate at your own risk. Event rules, land access, and safety are the responsibility of the event organiser and each rider. If anything is unclear, contact the event organiser before you ride.
